What is PartiHaus?
Parti [pahr-tee] (noun) French architecture: short form of ‘parti pris’, meaning ‘decision taken’, used to represent the idea or concept driving an architectural design.
Haus [hows] (noun) German 1. architecture: literal meaning of house or dwelling, can also mean theatre. 2. design: of relation to 'bauhaus', a modern design movement/school that bridged the gap between art & industry
PartiHaus [pahr-tee hows] (noun) Compound architecture: a boutique architecture firm located in Long Island and Rockland County, New York. We exist at the intersection of practical and exciting. Specializing in modern + contemporary design + interiors, we meet all the needs of our clients while making the design as fun as possible.

PartiHaus is currently headed by Matthew Busch, Anto Gabriele + Matthew Lung.

Matthew C. Busch, AIA NCARB
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Matthew has spent the last five+ years working in architecture + design (with a focus on residential + institutional) for various architectural practices in New York City and Long Island. He has had his academic work showcased in Europe, and is a licensed architect in New York and Connecticut. He has a B. Arch from the New York Institute of Technology (2017).

Antonio Gabriele, Assoc. AIA MSAUD
URBAN DESIGNER
Antonio has spent the last decade working in architecture practices, general contracting / project management and graphic design consulting. Additionally he has spent almost a decade teaching architecture and urban design at the New York Institute of Technology and overseas. He has his B. Arch from NYiT (2008) and his MSAUD from Columbia University (2013). His background is architectural interiors (with a focus on residential + commercial) and urban design.

Matthew T. Lung, AIA NCARB
PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Matthew graduated at the top of his class with his B.Arch Degree from the New York Institute of Technology (2017). He has spent the last 5+ years working on projects ranging in a wide variety of sizes and scopes (with a focus on K-12 Educational, Residential + Commercial) for various Architectural firms in Rockland County + Long Island City. He has also had his work showcased in Europe, and is a licensed architect in New York.
