Those were the exact words of the client that reverberated as our team sat down in the original space together, trying to determine what this massive 1,000+ SF space would look like with nothing left inside. We had some important direction/design ideas that would make the client happy to consider as well: open floor plan, clean/contemporary aesthetic but maintaining the charm of a home, more space for entertaining guests with no breaks in sightlines, and the reorganization of the spaces to fit the outgoing lifestyle of the client.
